The correct way to preview your Google AdWords ads

Instead of artificially inflating your impression metrics by running searches at www.google.com, use the following URL to check your AdWords ads: http://google.com/adpreview

Using this tool instead of the real search site ensures that campaign statistics are not affected by test searches. Also, search results will not be influenced by your search history. This tool is also useful for verifying that ads are being served in a specific country, state, metro region, city or even a map coordinate.

The Ad Preview feature is also available for mobile searches at http://www.google.com/m/adpreview
